Aether's forgot-password flow now sends a real one-use link. The sign-in checkbox controls whether the account session lasts for this browser or seven days.
Password reset
Enter an email on Forgot password and the page gives the same response whether or not an account uses it. Only an address tied to an account receives the reset email.
A reset link works once and expires after 30 minutes. Requesting another one replaces an older unused link. Completing the reset changes the password and signs out the account's existing sessions.
Keep me signed in
Checked keeps the account session for seven days. Unchecked lasts until the browser closes. Reload works either way, and signing out clears the session.
The email says when the link expires, includes a visible fallback URL and tells you to ignore it if you did not request the reset.
