Scene Builder now lets GMs add editable Shapes, use them for sight blocking, and manage the whole scene from a hierarchy panel.
Place Shapes in the scene
Open Table, choose a scene, and choose Edit scene. The Props & Shapes palette includes Box, Sphere, Cylinder, Cone, Capsule, Torus, Dodecahedron, Icosahedron and Stairs. Choose one, click the floor, then use Select to edit it in Map or Tabletop.
Each Shape has its own configuration in the Inspector. For stairs, Count mode keeps the step count fixed while total height changes the risers, while Height mode keeps the riser height fixed and derives the count. Turn off homogeneous steps if you want the final step to use whatever height remains.
Use Shapes for sight blocking
Turn on Blocks sight for a Shape or Stair when it should hide what is behind it. Aether uses the Shape's footprint with the scene's walls and barriers, and Player View shows the result for a player. Sight blocking does not add movement blocking, collision simulation or stair traversal.
Find objects in the hierarchy
Open View → Hierarchy to see floors, walls, openings, Shapes, props, tokens, drawings and images in the viewed scene. Select an entry to select the real object, or focus it when it is tiny, overlapped or off-screen.
Rename, lock and hide objects from the same list. Lock removes editing handles without changing player permissions. Hide removes an object from both GM and player views while keeping its position and settings in the scene; hidden geometry no longer blocks sight or affects token vision.
