Aether v0.30.0 adds support inside Web and Play, a public Contact page, and a service status page.

Report a problem from Aether

Early-access accounts can open Help and support on the website or choose Report a problem from Play.

Choose whether you’re reporting a problem, asking a question or sharing feedback. Problem reports can also tell us whether the issue is blocking you.

Each report receives an AE-XXXXXXXX reference and opens a private conversation with Aether support. You can reply, see when support is waiting for you, and resolve the report when you’re done. Replying to a resolved report reopens it.

Reports include basic technical context such as your Aether version, connection state and current page so you don’t have to provide it manually. Aether does not automatically attach chat messages, campaign content or uploaded files.

In-app support is rolling out gradually during early access.

Contact Aether without signing in

The new Contact Aether page lists the right address for each type of request:

Please don’t send passwords, login or invitation links, API keys or campaign material by email.

Check Aether's status

The new public status page shows current availability and recent incidents for:

  • Website and accounts
  • Play client
  • World connections

Aether also checks the path used to start and join worlds, while keeping operational and account details private.
